This notice explains what we do with the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website is run by Awe Rooms. You can reach us about anything in this notice at the email address at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
When you request a demo we receive your name, hotel name, email address, optionally your phone number, the town or region of your hotel, its number of rooms, the software you use and any message you write. We also keep the date of the request and the IP address it came from, to protect the form against abuse.
This website loads Google Tag Manager, a Google service for managing measurement tools. At the moment it does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add any, we will ask for your consent first.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, arrange and run the demo, and follow up about it. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing. Under KVKK this is based on taking steps towards a possible contract (Article 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 5/2-f).
Who sees it
Our team, Cloudflare, which hosts this website and forwards our email, and Google, whose Gmail service we use to read it. Both may process data outside Turkey, so your request may be transferred abroad for this purpose.
How long we keep it
Up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK and the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
