Prices exclude VAT. Card fees are charged by your payment provider, not by us. There is no setup fee and no minimum contract on monthly plans.
The point of direct bookings is to stop giving away a share of every room. Charging a percentage would take part of that saving back, so we charge a flat fee instead.
Each room you sell counts once, however many room types you set up. Twenty rooms across three types is twenty rooms.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any month. Yearly plans run for the year you paid for.
No. Setting up your rooms and showing your team around is part of every plan.
Whatever your agreement with iyzico, PayTR, Craftgate or your bank says. The money goes from the guest to your provider and then to you. Awe Rooms never holds it.
